Genuine Regency H200 replacement firebox top gasket. This gasket comes in a 7′ length. This is a genuine replacement part from Regency Fireplaces – this is not an after-market copy.

Installation tips: Remove the old gasket and clean the channel (using a rigid brush works really well). Then place the new gasket in the channel – make sure the two end of the gasket meet on the hinge side of the door.
