This is an official OEM Renaissance Replacement part. This replacement gasket fits some Renaissance Rumford 1500 wood fireplaces.  This replacement part is new in original packaging and is a genuine Renaissance Fireplaces replacement part.

Part Description: Renaissance Rumford 1500 wood fireplaces have a gasket along the bottom made of stainless steel – this part is such gasket.  If you want the gasket that is along the top, that is a different part number ER-RB0930.  Please check your original owners manual to ensure this handle fits your wood fireplace.
