Napoleon Brick Kit – 1100L/1101 (W580-0006)

This is an OEM Napoleon Brick Kit (W580-0006) that is found in the Napoleon 1100L wood stove as well as the Napoleon 1101 wood insert. This is a genuine replacement part that will ship new in its original packaging, it is not an aftermarket copy.

Part Description: This is a complete brick set (includes top baffles) that works with the Napoleon 1100L wood stove as well as the Napoleon 1101 wood insert. The bricks in wood burning appliances are designed to keep the heat inside the firebox to ensure a clean burn. They also protect the appliance from over heating.

Intact fire bricks are critical in a wood stove for several reasons:

Installation tips: Often there is a trick in replacing the firebrick.  Please wait until the firebox is completely cool and free of all embers.  Remove all the ash and you may need to use a vacuum.  It will take some time and patience.

Please Note: As these bricks are heavy and come in a package direct from the manufacturer, its normal that one (or more) bricks will arrive cracked.  A cracked brick is safe to use.  If you are not prepared to keep a cracked brick, please do not order this kit online as there is nothing we can do to prevent this.
