Napoleon Brick & Baffle Kit – 1402 / 1450 (W580-0005)

This is an OEM Napoleon Brick and Baffle Kit for the  Napoleon 1402 Wood Insert and 1450 Wood Stove. These bricks will ship new in the manufacturers packaging. It is worth noting that Napoleon, Wolf Steel, and Continental are all part of the same manufacturing group.

Part Description: This Napoleon Brick and Baffle Kit contains the following:

• W090-0001: 22 x Regular Firebricks (4.5″ x 9″ x 1.25″)
• W090-0002: 2 x Cut Firebricks (3″ x 9″ x 1.25″)
• W090-0166: 2 x Cut Firebricks (3″ x x 9″ x 1.25″)
• W090-0207: 1 Cut Firebrick (4.5″ x 9″ x 1.25)
• W090-0208: 1 x Firebrick (4.5″ x 9″ x 1.25″)
• W090-0018: 1 x Firebrick (2.25″ x 9″ x 1.25″)
• W090-0016: 1 x Firebrick (2.25″ x 6.12 x 1.25″)
• W018-0078: 2 x Top Baffles

Function: Top baffles and bricks in wood burning appliances are designed to keep the heat inside the firebox to ensure a clean burn.  They also protect the top of the appliance from over heating.  If they are damaged, cracked or deteriorating in any way, they should be replaced.

Please Note: As these bricks are heavy and come in a package direct from the manufacturer, its normal that one (or more) bricks will arrive cracked.  A cracked brick is safe to use.  If you are not prepared to keep a cracked brick, please do not order this kit online as there is nothing we can do to prevent this.
