BIS Tradition / Montecito Estate – Door & Glass Gaskets (PR-SR1823I / PR-SR1685C / PR-SR1823J)

These are OEM replacement door & glass gaskets from BIS Fireplaces. This part will ship new in the manufacturers packaging. It is worth noting that BIS fireplaces has changed names several times over the years. BIS parts have also been referred to as Security, Lennox , IHP and Astria Fireplaces.

Please ensure you select the correct gasket from the drop down list. You can choose the door gasket that covers both doors (PR-SR1823I); the smaller gasket that goes between the doors (PR-SR1685C); the glass gasket for both windows(PR-SR1823J); OR all together as a kit that includes gasket glue.

**Only the full kit contains the gasket cement as we have added it for convenience. If you are ordering an individual door gasket, and/or gasket for between the doors , you will require gasket cement which you can view here. 

Description:

• Door Gasket for both doors: (PR-SR1823I). It measures 3/4″ wide x 48 3/8″ long and it covers 3 edges of a single door.  In this kit you will receive (2) gaskets to cover both doors.
• Gasket between the two doors: (PR-SR1685C): It measures 5/8″ dia. x 17 5/8″ long. Only 1 is included
• Glass Gasket for both windows: (PR-SR1823J): It measures  61-3/4” long –  1” width x 3/16” thick  – covers one single glass. In this kit you will receive (2) gaskets to cover both windows.
