This is an OEM Regency Replacement Baffle Blanket for the Regency R12, H2000M and H2100M wood inserts. This part will ship new in the manufactures packaging.
What is a Baffle Blanket?
The purpose of the blanket is to insulate the firebox which will make for a hotter, cleaner and more efficient burn. Specifically, the upper burn zone where the secondary air meets the smoke should be kept hot to burn up most particles and volatile gases. If your blanket is worn and falling apart, it should be replaced to maintain optimum efficiency.
