This is a genuine Enviro wood stove 50-1088 heat shield from Sherwood Industries – the makers of Enviro stoves and fireplaces. This is not an after-market replica. This heat shield allows for reduced clearances on the Enviro 1200 and 1700 Kodiak Steel Wood Stoves with a flat top.

Heat Shield Purpose: It allows clearance to combustibles to be reduced for Enviro wood stoves (both ceiling, corner and wall clearances).
Installation Tip: Disconnect smoke pipe, place on top of the stove, re-connect smoke pipe (very easy to install).
